Keegan-Michael Key is a American actor and comedian, best known for creating and starring in the sketch-comedy series Key & Peele, and MADtv for 6 seasons.
Career[]
Key starred his television career as he joined the ninth season of MADtv. Both he and his cast member, Jordan Peele were up against each other for a black cast member. But both showed good comedic chemistry. As of 2012, he and Jordan Peele appeared in their own sketch comedy series, Key & Peele, which aired on Comedy Central for 5 seasons. Key and his comedy partner, Jordan also released their full-length feature film, Keanu for Warner Bros. Pictures on April 29, 2016. He is also the creator of his production company Cindylou which also produced the show. Key has also had small roles in films like Pitch Perfect 2, Tomorrowland, Let's Be Cops, and many more. Key also performed his "Luther" character with actual President Barack Obama at the 2015 White House Correspondents' Dinner. Key will also be set to return as "Mr. Garvey" from their most known skit "Substitute Teacher" in a feature-film based on the character. Key is now set to star in the 2018 science fiction horror film The Predator and a Netflix original show Friends From College.
